Respective language - One member of the group should be able to communicate in English / Hindi

Travel Cost:
|
To be borne by respective group including visa charges, airport tax and insurance etc. up to International airport either at Delhi or Varanasi including travel by Rail from Delhi to Varanasi and back as the case may be.

Hospitality:
|
To be borne by NIPA during the period of programme including arrival and departure days.
|

b. Visit to Agra & Bodhgaya on payment basis (Optional)

d. Group should bring their National Flag & traditional dress/musical instruments for dance.
e. Groups may opt to perform either at Delhi or Varanasi or at both the places.
f. Interaction meeting

The groups may be requested to give at least two performances either at
1 venue or two venues.

Other Relevant Information:
|
1. In case of non receipt of travel plan by 30th Sep 2012, official invitation may be withdrawn or issued to group ( wait listed )
2. Incomplete application may not be considered at all
3. Invited groups should be present and attend all performances in the hall.
4. No group is allowed to perform outside the scheduled program either before, during or after the festival, at least one week before or one week after the festival is over.
5. NIPA shall make arrangements in hotel for 12 persons only and only 12 persons shall stay in the hotel. Per persons beyond twelve, the groups shall be required to make arrangement in advance.
6. Adult persons shall not be allowed to perform on the stage
